Due to the demand for the acoustic guitar classes SOR has decided to add two more groups.  We will begin our next 6week session with 2 new classes beginning Thursday August 14th 7pm-8pm and 8pm-9pm.  We will fill spots with a current waiting list and then accept new applicants. Dan Lampton will be teaching these classes.

About ArtReach

What we do

ArtReach is pretty simple...we provide the space to create in, stuff to create with, and things to create on.  All you have to provide is your imagination.  No skill or talent is required.  We work with all kinds of art supplies and materials.  ArtReach meets at least once each week. Thanks to a Maryland Community Church and the City of Terre Haute, we now have a space conveniently located downtown.

We are also very active in the community.  We show up at almost every community event and set up for face painting, quick art creation techniques, ArtWalls, and other fun stuff.  Sometimes you will see people from ArtReach making large paintings which are pretty entertaining to watch.  You will find us at Blues at the Crossroads, the Terre Haute Street Fair, and the Big Blue Block Party.

Adult Night - Tuesdays 6-8pm

Adult night is for people 14 and over.  The vibe is very laid back and fun.  You can talk or chat as much as you want or you can sit at the end of the table and keep to yourself (we will probably talk you you anyway).  All the supplies are free and for you to use.  When you come in for the first time you will be greeted by a very handsome man named Jack who also oversees our really great website.  We will help you get started and provide as much or as little help as you want.  We can also give you some inspiration or new techniques and get you started making some really great artwork.  You can also check out our gallery and see what some of the others have been working on.

Kidz Night - Wednesdays 6-7pm

Bring your kids and join them in creating some great art and great memories.  We provide just enough structure to help them grow and enough freedom to let them experiment.

The entrance is next to Crossroads Cafe follow the stairs up to the second floor.  You don't need to bring anything except some grubby clothes (Tom likes to throw paint and things can get messy).  We provide all you need to paint with and on.  Just come ready to create!
